It is no fun looking through glasses that are all scratched, taking care of them will reduce eye strain. Making sure you always keep a soft cloth with you is just 1 way that you can make sure that your vision stays good and your glasses stay intact.

I’ve just started wearing glasses relatively recently, and I find your tips very helpful. I never thought that leaving my glasses in a car is bad, but now I see that I was wrong. I’m pretty sure I left them in a car quite a few times when it was very hot outside. I am getting a new prescription next week, and I will make sure to not repeat the mistakes.
